I just can't say enough about how amazing and professional Russell is at his craft! I've personally known Russell for over 10 years, but never worked with him on a professional level until recently. My wife and I have been looking for a house in Moyock since October 2021. I know many Realtors, but instead of using one of them, my wife fell into the clickbait trap on Zillow and started communication with an unknown (to us) agent. We explained to her what we were looking for and that we wanted to find a place before we listed ours. Every time we reached out to her for communication (when we found a house we wanted to look at), it would be a day or so before we would hear back from her. This has happened several times since around November. Fast forward to Father's Day weekend. My wife found a house where we were looking and texted her again. No response, so I posted a "gripe post" on Facebook asking my real estate agents for advice. Russell was the first to respond that Sunday morning, so my wife started telling him about the situation, that morning after church, and we met with him at the house we wanted to see, fell in love with it, and with Russell's help, put in our offer and found out at 8 pm that night it was accepted. Funny part was, on Monday morning, the other agent finally responded and again advised the house was under contract. We let her know yes, we put it under contract, and her services were no longer needed. We also decided at that moment to have Russell help with selling our house. We had it on the market by the next weekend and had it under contract in 4 days! While we were handling the process of selling one and purchasing another, Russell was taking a well-deserved cruise and was still more accessible and communicative with us than the previous agent. Russell and his team were completely amazing and professional from start to finish, and definitely have the client's best interest at heart. I highly recommend him and his team if you want to see quality results! Thank you, Russell, for being an integral part of our next chapter! See you tomorrow at closing!

I met Jackie thru a mutual work friend as I was living in the LA area and was going to relocate for a new job to the Hampton Roads area. We informed Jackie on our area of interest, budget, commute time to work, etc and she met every mark in the homes she sent that were available on MLS. Once we saw our dream home that had only been on the market for that day only, she went to the house on a Saturday for us and did a virtual tour for us. However, another customer had already put an offer down on the home that same day so guess what she beat the other realtor out and by having her paperwork and offer together that worked in our favor. We closed in less than a month and she handled us with care and concern like family. The home inspection with honest feedback and fair pricing for any repairs we might need in the future. I will use her service at Thrive Realty if we ever decide to move away for another job assignment.
